Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Islip, NY seeks a Workflow Coordinator for Supply Chain Operations. The role manages inventory, inbound/outbound processes, and SAP/EWM SME duties to ensure on-time customer orders.

Responsibilities include coordinating workloads, dock trailer moves, and ongoing improvement initiatives with frontline staff and site leaders. Strong SAP/WMS experience and ERP literacy are essential in this night-shift position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Logistics Operations environment preferred.
• Experience with labor planning and assets (i.e., forklifts, sit-downs).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (EWM) and SAP is preferred.
• Able to use systems technology and software applications (i.e., Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Able to communicate clearly via phone, email.
• Must exhibit a high degree of urgency and commitment to resolve transaction errors and do so with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily operations using SWOP/SAP EWM Warehouse Management System for all inventory, IB and OB functions.
• Utilizing yard management system PINC/SWOP to arrange trailer moves to and from the dock.
• Perform periodic audits on PINC, bill of lading /BOL, ICC and Quality; ensure compliance with BOLs.
• Communicating workload to the team and leadership for daily attainment of objectives.
• Resolving flow issues and minimizing downtime of facility operations.
• Compiling daily reports on workload status and past due carriers for outbound appointments.
• Ensuring procedures are followed by frontline employees and internal/external sources.
• Supporting inventory control and fill rate to ship 100% to customers.
• Attending mandatory trainings and participating in projects.
