Nestlé S.A. in the United States is seeking a Sr Coordinator Inbound/Outbound Ops for overnight shifts. The role coordinates daily warehouse activities to ensure inventory accuracy, timely orders, and smooth product movement within the distribution center.

The position requires 2+ years in warehouse/logistics, familiarity with WMS/ERP (SAP/SAP EWM), and strong Excel skills. Night shifts run Thursday–Saturday 4:30 PM–4:30 AM with every other Wednesday off.

Competenze

Requires high school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
2+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or related operations.
Experience coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory, or fulfillment processes.
Experience using warehouse management systems, ERP, or inventory software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Mansioni

Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities to move products efficiently through the distribution center.
Monitor inventory transactions, order flow, and shipping activity using WMS and reporting tools.
Identify and resolve inventory, order, and workflow exceptions that affect service or performance.
Collaborate with transportation, inventory, and warehouse teams to support daily execution and customer service.
Ensure activities adhere to procedures, controls, and safety standards.
Support process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.
