Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Hazleton, PA is seeking a Workflow Coordinator within Supply Chain Operations. You will manage inventory, perform IB/OB analysis, and serve as a SME for SAP processing, coordinating workload through SWOP/SAP EWM to ensure on-time customer orders.

This self-starting role requires effective communication, the ability to lead frontline teams, and a willingness to participate in continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations environment.
• Experience with labor planning and assets (forklifts, etc.).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (EWM) and SAP is preferred.
• Experience training and mentoring peers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and assign workload via SWOP/SAP EWM Warehouse Management System for all inventory, IB and OB functions.
• Arrange trailer moves using PINC/SWOP and align doors for shipping/receiving.
• Audit BOLs, ICC and quality compliance; file BOLs at end of shift.
• Communicate workload status clearly to the team in verbal and written form.
• Resolve flow issues to minimize downtime and maintain operations.
• Compile daily workload and carrier status reports.
• Support inventory control and continuous improvement initiatives.
