Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sr. Inbound/Outbound Coordinator to join our Distribution Operations team. This role coordinates daily warehouse activities, supports inventory accuracy, and ensures timely order fulfillment across the distribution center.

This position covers overnight operations with a fixed schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 4:30 PM–4:30 AM, and every other Wednesday. You will collaborate with transportation, inventory, and warehouse teams to optimize workflow and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, transportation, or workflows coordination in supply chain operations.
• Experience coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory, fulfillment, or related operational processes.
• Experience utilizing warehouse management systems, ERP platforms, or inventory management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other business applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities to support efficient movement of products.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and reporting tools to monitor inventory transactions, order flow, and shipping activity.
• Identify and resolve inventory, order, and workflow exceptions affecting service or performance.
• Partner with transportation, inventory, and warehouse teams to support daily execution and customer service objectives.
• Ensure activities follow procedures, inventory controls, and safety standards.
• Support process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
