RXO Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Logistics to provide essential logistics support including order entry, routing, dispatching, and traffic coordination. The role involves maintaining profiles, updating managers, and ensuring loads arrive on time.

Typically 1 year of logistics experience is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The position offers competitive pay and potential bonus or commission and requires working Tue-Sat, with shifts from 12 AM to 8 AM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders.
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken; update receivers and customers on load status.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify loads arrive on time and in good condition.
• Take check calls from drivers; ensure loads deliver on time; verify load data for accounting.
• Investigate overages, shortages, damages; complete required documentation.
• Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments for all loads; accept/decline loads per direction from account managers.
• Provide detailed routing directions and instructions to properly route drivers.
