Job summary

RXO is seeking a Specialist, Logistics in Westminster, MA to provide logistics support including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination. You will help loads move efficiently and on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires about 1 year of logistics experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Shift Tue–Sat, with potential bonus or commission based pay and a path for growth within RXO.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience.
• Ability to enter loads accurately and communicate status.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders.
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken; update receivers and customers on status.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify loads arrive on time and in good condition.
• Take check calls from drivers; ensure loads deliver on time and validate load data.
• Investigate overages, shortages, damages and complete documentation.
• Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments; accept/decline loads as directed.
• Provide detailed directions to route drivers.
