Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Lockbourne, OH. You will maintain pallet tracking, audit driver logs and trip reports, and ensure DOT compliance. You will also track returns and liaise with internal customers to support operations.

The role requires 2 years of general office experience, 1 year of customer service, and strong Microsoft Office and AS400 skills. Evening shift, full-time schedule, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of general office experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint required.
• AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pallet tracking and audit logs as applicable.
• Audit driver logs and trip reports to meet DOT requirements.
• Track return goods for close-out as directed.
• Communicate with team, customers and process partners by radio, phone, and email.
• Support daily/weekly operational reports and metrics.
• Assist with various tasks and learn new skills as needed.
