Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor in West Chester, OH for a Monday–Friday night shift (2:30pm–11:30pm). The role supervises 20+ employees in the warehouse, coordinates inbound/outbound schedules, and ensures inventory accuracy while maintaining safety standards.

You will plan workloads, assign tasks, train staff, and monitor performance. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months related experience are required; the company offers comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in warehouse/stockroom.

• Maintain records of inventory adjustments and accuracy.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and resolve grievances and conflicts.
