Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Take and record vital signs, temperature, BP, pulse, and respiration.
• Complete documentation in the medical record accurately and timely.
• Interact effectively with patients and families; report concerns to nurses.
• Assist with turning, repositioning, and mobility as needed.
• Follow directions from licensed personnel and adhere to safety protocols.
