Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a Patient Care Associate to support daily living activities and clinical tasks on the night shift. You will document vital signs, assist with EKGs and phlebotomy, and help with meals and mobility as part of a collaborative care team.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent; BLS certification is required, with LNA licensure in New Hampshire preferred. 0–1 year of relevant experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• BLS required; LNA preferred per NH requirements.
• Experience in patient care or elder care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Document vital signs and care in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Assist with meals, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Support patient admissions and discharges as needed.
• Provide 1:1 patient observation for safety.
• Assist RNs and physicians with examinations and treatments.
