Job summary

SanMar is seeking an Equipment Operator in Avondale, AZ. The role locates product with RF units, pulls items from shelves, and moves stock to departments. You will process customer orders and restock bins during the shift.

The position runs Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00PM–5:30AM with a $20.00/hour total pay ($18 base + $2 shift diff). Benefits and growth opportunities are available within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of lift operator experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment to move product using an RF unit and scan movements.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for customer orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and ensure it is returned in good condition.
• Follow safety procedures and use of equipment and keys.
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines and complete certification every three years.
• Overtime may be required.
