Job summary

SanMar seeks an 8pm Equipment Operator to locate and move product using RF scanning, load and unload items, and restock for orders. The role emphasizes safe operation of powered lift equipment and daily equipment inspections.

The position requires 1–3 years of lift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse. Overtime may be required and extensive safety protocols apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of lift operator experience.
• Able to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels and SKUs.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment to move product using an RF unit.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and ensure it is returned in good condition.
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Complete Lift Operator Certification every three years.
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines and safety requirements.
