Job summary

SanMar in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Production II associate for a Sunday-Wednesday night shift from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM. You will pick products, restock, and audit outbound orders to ensure accuracy before invoicing and shipping.

The role requires the ability to read labels, count, and follow directions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will operate voice/RF devices and handle equipment responsibly while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
• Regular and prompt attendance; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately pick product from designated locations into cartons on a pick cart or totes as directed by the hand-scanner.
• Restock product into designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct all completed orders to be invoiced and shipped.
• Operate a voice or RF unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in the same condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
