Job summary

SanMar Sparks facility is seeking an Equipment Operator to locate product with RF scanning, load/unload, restock and pack orders for customers. You will operate lift equipment and ensure safety procedures are followed in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires 1-3 years of lift operator experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic math, color/size recognition and the ability to work as part of a team, with potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of lift operator experience
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels and SKUs
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity
• Demonstrates ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Overtime may be required

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment using RF unit to scan movement and locations
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product
• Restock, pick, and pack product for customer orders
• Inspect equipment daily and ensure proper checkout/return
• Follow safety procedures and use equipment keys
• Complete SanMar Lift Operator Certification per OSHA
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards
