Medical City Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse NICU for our Level IV unit to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a 108-bed NICU. Join an amazing team that supports each other and values patient care as meaningful as we do.

Requirements include ADN/BSN, Texas RN license, 1 year NICU experience, and BCLS/PALS. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within the HCA Healthcare network. This is a full-time night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Qualifications

• ADN / BSN is required w/12 month enrollment and 24 month completion (Magnet Hospital)
• Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted
• Must have one (1) year recent Level III or IV NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital
• STABLE must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient care
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources
• Supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN scope of practice and in accordance with established policies
• Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice
