Qualifications

• Two+ years of Level IV NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital.
• BSN required or MSN preferred.
• Texas RN license or compact license accepted.
• BLS/CPR and NICU-related certifications as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and discharges to ensure efficient throughput and quality care.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborate with managers to foster teamwork and improved outcomes.
