Job summary

Medical City Dallas, part of the HCA Healthcare family, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Level IV NICU to provide high‑quality care in a 108‑bed unit. The role focuses on comprehensive neonatal assessment, care planning, and collaboration with the care team to maximize patient outcomes.

Requirements include ADN/BSN, Texas RN license (or compact), 1 year of Level III/IV NICU experience, and current BLS/PALS; STABLE and Neonate Resuscitation training should be completed within specified windows.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with ADN or BSN; Magnet Hospital experience preferred.
• Texas State RN license or compact license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and direct patient care in the NICU.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Supervise non-licensed staff within RN scope.
• Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.
