Amcor in Libertyville, IL is seeking a production supervisor to lead and develop a shift-based team responsible for safety, quality, and productivity on the floor.

You will monitor production systems like Factbird and JDE, manage materials, coach employees, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with ISO/BRC standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, standing most of the shift, and lifting up to 35 lbs; pay ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually with benefits.

• Assures safety initiatives are being followed and participates in accident investigations.
• Maintain quality per specification and perform 2-hour checks on the shift.
• Monitor process inputs per control plan and verify operation within parameters.
• Lead and coach production staff to meet KPIs and labor targets.
• Lead housekeeping and 5S adherence and perform annual employee reviews.
