Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail, restaurant or customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain food safety certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during shift and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders while providing excellent service.
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew members with direction and feedback.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to maintain efficient operations.
• Maintain product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Handle cash management, register accountability, and deposits.
• Communicate updates with store leadership and support team success.
• Step in wherever needed to help the team.
