Job summary
Insomniacookies in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Shift Leader to captain bakery operations evenings and nights. You will supervise the cookie crew, ensure excellent customer service, manage tasks from baking to cash handling, and uphold food safety standards. Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Outgoing, friendly, patient demeanor.
- Detail oriented and results driven.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
Responsibilities
- Provide incredible customer service and quality products to guests throughout their bakery experience.
- Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift and coaching team members.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew.
- Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew.
- Provide a safe, clean working environment and adhere to safe food handling practices.
- Manage cash handling and deposits.
