Job summary

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery in Vermont is seeking a Utility Operator 2 for a 12-hour night shift. The starting rate is $30.15 per hour with a 7–10% night differential and a 4-on/4-off schedule.

The role involves cross-training across production lines and serving as a lead operator on cheese making and whey drying equipment. As you gain training, you will take on responsibilities across multiple operators: Cheese Maker/Cook, Dryer Operator, Evaporator Operator, Filtration Operator and Separator

Responsibilities

• Lead operator on cheese making equipment and whey drying equipment.
• Operate and monitor multiple production lines.
• Cross-train to run Cheese Maker/Cook, Dryer Operator, Evaporator Operator, Filtration Operator and Separator Operator.
• Maintain accurate records and support trainees.
• Be flexible with overtime when required.
