Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the 3rd shift in Westerville, VT. The role supports pasteurization and cheesemaking processes to produce high-quality cheese, with attention to safety, sanitation, and efficiency.

The position requires 18+ years, basic computer skills, and ability to follow written/verbal instructions and perform basic math. The job includes night shifts, with potential overtime and a starting pay of $21.25 per hour plus $2.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills.

Responsabilités

• Communicates work order progress to supervisor and production operators.
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks.
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Follow all procedures, GMPs, Safety, Quality, and Sanitation plans.
• Identify and report all potentially non-conforming product and equipment to Supervisor and the Quality Assurance Department.
• Ability to be flexible in work performed and schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
