Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to join our team in Websterville, VT. This front-line role supports pasteurization, cheesemaking, and packaging processes to produce high-quality products.

You'll work nights, Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM, with starting pay of $21.25 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential and eligibility for a bonus program. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

• 18 years or older
• 6+ months of manufacturing experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and possess basic mathematical skills
