Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Downtown Orlando is seeking a PM Shift Leader to captain our bakery during busy nights. You will lead the cookie crew, ensure top quality, and deliver exceptional guest experiences from start to finish.

You will manage shift operations, coordinate baking, cash handling, and training of team members, while upholding safety and company standards. A friendly, proactive leader with strong communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems.
• Schedule availability to work nights and weekend evening shifts.
• Outstanding communication, time management and people skills.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor; detail oriented and results-driven.
• Able to lead by example and motivate others.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to guests.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during shift and coaching team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the team.
• Collaborate with Cookie Crew and ensure safe, clean workplace and safe food handling.
• Manage cash handling and deposits.
