Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader for our UFL store at 1702 W University Ave, Gainsville, FL 32603. You will captain the night shift, lead a cookie crew, deliver outstanding customer service, and keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer-service experience, POS systems familiarity, excellent communication, leadership ability, and the physical capacity to lift up to 40 lbs. You must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-service experience.
• POS systems experience.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide incredible customer service and quality products to guests.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew.
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew.
• Provide a safe, clean working environment and adhere to safe food handling practices.
• Manage cash handling and deposits.
