Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital is seeking a full-time Night Shift Laboratory Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure quality and safety, and lead a team of lab staff. The role includes staffing decisions, policy development, and collaboration with management to meet performance goals.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a lab science, four years in a clinical laboratory with leadership experience, and relevant certifications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology.
• Four years of experience in a clinical laboratory, with at least one year in a lead role.
• Certifications: MT/CLS/MLT or equivalent per governing boards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily lab operations ensuring quality and patient safety.
• Lead staffing decisions including hiring, coaching, and scheduling.
• Develop and implement policies for a safe, efficient work environment.
• Monitor department metrics and drive performance improvements.
