Qualifications

• Supervises 5+ employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Laboratory leadership and people development experience preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with clinical/veterinary testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Laboratory Technicians across multiple clinical departments.
• Organize staff schedules, coordinate workflow, and manage costs and metrics.
• Perform and read lab tests using automated analyzers and microscopy per SOPs.
