Job summary

IDEXX Laboratories, Inc is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Worthington, OH to lead a Laboratory team and contribute as an Individual Contributor in a fast-paced diagnostics environment. The role focuses on coaching staff, scheduling, workflow optimization, and maintaining high-quality testing practices.

You will supervise technicians, oversee lab operations, and use automated analyzers and microscopes to set up, run, and release diagnostic tests.

Qualifications

• Led or supervised teams in a fast-paced work setting.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing processes helpful but Operations leadership is required.

Responsibilities

• supervise Laboratory Technicians across departments to meet goals.
• Organize staff schedules and coordinate workflow.
• Oversee costs and performance metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop employees to reach business goals and potential.
• Perform lab analyses using analyzers and microscopes as IC.
• Set up and run tests; read and release results per SOPs.
