Medical City McKinney, part of the HCA Healthcare family, seeks a Coordinator Laboratory Section to lead night-shift operations. You will supervise lab tests, quality control, equipment maintenance, specimen collection, and coordinate activities across MLS, MLT, Lab Assistants, and Phlebotomists.

You will liaise with healthcare providers and department managers to ensure timely reporting, staffing, and adherence to conduct policies, while demonstrating leadership, reliability, and cost-effective

Formación

• Bachelor degree required in a lab field or closely related area.
• ASCP certifications (HTL-ASCP, MLS, CG-ASCP, MT-AAB) preferred or required.
• Night shift laboratory operations management and supervision experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall operations of the laboratory for the night shift.
• Ensure STAT, routine testing and critical value reporting meet turnaround times.
• Coordinate technical and administrative operations across all lab sections.
