Open to experienced RNs with L&D background, offering a strong pay differential and comprehensive benefits. Full-time night positions include three 12-hour shifts per week, with an 18% night differential and a $3/hour weekend differential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting and RN-L&D experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological and discharge planning needs.
• Plan care and discharge, collaborating with the team.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care per physician orders and unit policies.
• Document care and patient responses accurately and timely.
