Job summary

Creative Testing Solutions, Inc. seeks a Laboratory Supervisor to coordinate testing of biological specimens and review results with skilled technical oversight.

The role includes training, staff development, and ensuring quality and timely test results at a Phoenix facility. Qualified candidates will have a biology/chemistry background with CLIA High-Complexity experience and state licensure where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Biology or Chemistry required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience required.
• CLIA High Complexity Testing competency required.
• State licensure/certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Hires, supervises, trains, and evaluates performance of assigned personnel.
• Leads and develops staff and supervises workflow.
• Supervises proficiency testing and ensures timely completion.
• Maintains accurate records and documentation.
• Ensures donor, patient, and employee confidentiality.
