Job summary

Laboratory Sciences of Arizona is seeking a capable professional to supervise night-shift operations in Queen Creek, AZ. You will oversee schedules, guide bench staff, and manage workflow while ensuring quality control and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide daily operational oversight for the shift and schedule management.
Support bench and functional staff with technical and procedural guidance.
Review QC/QA records and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
Monitor section finances, track supplies, and pursue cost-saving opportunities.
Lead staff training, participate in hiring/orientation, and evaluate competencies.
