Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or Chemistry required.
• 2+ years of clinical laboratory experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
• CLIA High Complexity Testing competency required and familiar with SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate assigned personnel.
• Oversee testing of biological specimens and review results.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements (CLIA, SOPs).
• Coordinate proficiency testing and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and safety standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff and escalate issues to management.
