Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology.
• Four (4) years of training and experience in high-complexity testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 10 to 40 technical staff and manage workflow.
• Ensure compliance with CAP, CMS, AABB and OSHA regulations.
• Participate in improving service quality and coordinating tasks.
