Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Support Services Supervisor to join our team in Dublin, OH. Lead staff in a high-volume problem-resolution environment and own end-to-end resolution of specimen issues with accuracy and timely documentation.

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00am to 8:30am. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in a lab/healthcare setting; Associate’s degree in Medical Technology and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in a laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop staff in a high-volume problem-resolution environment.
• Maintain strong floor presence to support escalations and drive timely resolution.
• Own end-to-end resolution of problem specimens with accuracy and documentation.
• Prioritize and manage high volumes of issues and escalations.
• Monitor issue trends, perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
