Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in Medical Technology; clinical laboratory experience; supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop staff in a high-volume problem-resolution environment.
• Maintain floor presence to support escalations and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure consistent performance, communication, and accountability across shifts.
• Own end-to-end resolution of problem specimens with accuracy and documentation.
• Monitor issue trends, perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
