Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service engineer activities and ensure equipment needs are met.

• Escalate issues and coordinate training with other leads.
• Coordinate with technical service team for requirements and improvements.
• Ensure proper handoffs between shifts and manage workload priorities.
