Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology is required.
• Master's degree in Health Administration, Business, Science or related field is desirable.
• A minimum of five years of relevant leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures regulatory requirements are satisfied at all times.
• Leds accreditation readiness and drives continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with operational leaders and staff to implement methods.
• Analyzes workflow to improve quality and efficiency.
• Develops and validates equipment and process improvements.
