Qualifications

• 2+ years in a role with progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: 1+ year of laboratory supervision.
• Preferred: certification from ASCP or state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and ensure regulatory compliance with CLIA, CAP and OSHA requirements.
• Supervise staff, recruit, train, evaluate competency and provide on-site consultation.
• Evaluate equipment and supply needs; manage budget and expenses.
• Review volumes to maintain established turn-around-times.
• Verify test procedures and ensure test performance characteristics and accuracy.
• Maintain and support the Quality Management program across pre-analytical to post-analytical steps.
