• Leads accreditation readiness efforts and develops improvement capabilities.
• Collaborates with leaders and staff to implement technical methods and improve workflow.
• Optimizes equipment layout and processes to support operations and customer needs.
• Participates in standard work creation and continuous quality improvement using PDSA cycles.
