Qualifications

• BSN and Illinois RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides friendly, professional information to patients and customers and updates them promptly.
• Coordinates care based on patient acuity and staff competency.
• Leads staff on shift; conducts staff huddles and collaborates across units.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and unit documentation accuracy.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, and daily unit operations to ensure timely care.
• Participates in quality improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
