Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Shift Supervisor at our Ardmore location. You will oversee kitchen operations to ensure top-quality food and service while leading restaurant team members through opening, prep, and closing duties.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the chef leadership team, processing orders, managing stock, and enforcing safety and hygiene standards. This role demands strong communication, leadership, and a drive for efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising/leading team members in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication to ensure adequate stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and follow budget guidelines.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is safe and functioning.
• Brief staff pre- and post-service.
• Meet operating and quality standards.
• Maintain professional and ethical leadership.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development of employees.
