Job summary

Mr. Greens is seeking an IT Support Specialist to handle end-user IT issues across multiple locations during graveyard hours. You will manage Windows, macOS, M365, AD, and peripherals, ensuring secure, documented resolutions and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and remote support while maintaining high service standards and clear communication with users.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Overnight shift availability from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
• Strong troubleshooting for Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, AD, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for IT requests via Jira, phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS endpoints and support M365 apps.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and asset management.
• Document resolutions in the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
