Job summary

Mr. Greens Produce in Florida (Miami) seeks an Help Desk and IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary contact for employee technology support across a multi-location environment.

You'll resolve day-to-day IT issues and support Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365, printers, VPN, and network connectivity during evening hours. You will own tasks from intake through resolution, assist with onboarding/offboarding, asset management, device deployment, and maintain documentation in Jira Service

Qualifications

1–3 years in IT support or equivalent hands-on experience.
Overnight shift from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for IT requests via Jira, phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS endpoints.
Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, printers, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and network connectivity.
Handle password resets, MFA, account access, and basic permissions.
Provide remote support across multiple locations and offer executive-level support when needed.
Explain issues and resolutions clearly to non-technical users.
