Job summary
Mr. Greens Produce Inc is seeking an IT Support Specialist to service end-user devices and corporate apps during the night shift, 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM. You will resolve Windows 10/11 and macOS issues, support Microsoft 365, VPN, printers, and network connectivity across multiple locations.
You will own requests from initial contact to resolution, document troubleshooting steps, and escalate when needed. Onboarding and offboarding, asset management, and maintaining IT documentation are key parts of
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in IT support or help desk.
- Overnight shift 8:00 PM–4:00 AM.
- Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting.
- Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and basic networking.
- Experience with IT ticketing platforms and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary IT contact via Jira, phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS endpoints.
- Support Microsoft 365 apps, VPN, printers, and connectivity.
- Onboarding/offboarding, device deployment, and asset management.
- Document issues and resolutions; escalate when needed.
- Provide remote support across multiple locations.
