Job summary

Booth and Partners is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT organization in Manila. You will work a night shift aligned to US time, providing 1st and 2nd line support for Windows, Apple, and Microsoft 365 environments.

The role requires on-site presence in the Manila office at least two days per week. You will manage incidents via ServiceNow, track hardware assets, assist with password management, and collaborate with global IT teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Office applications.
• Experience logging incidents and tracking assets in ServiceNow.
• Experience managing user accounts and access (Okta preferred).
• Ability to handle password resets and access issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests via IMs and ServiceNow tickets.
• Daily workload averaging ~10 tickets; log and track incidents, follow up on queues.
• Route unresolved issues to specialized teams as needed.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for desktop issues on Windows and macOS.
