Job summary

Jetsoftpro LLC is seeking an IT Administrator to cover the US time zone with a 7 PM–3 AM shift. You will manage device fleets (Windows/macOS), user access, patching, security, backups, and incident response.

Responsibilities include configuring developer environments (Docker, SDKs, IDEs), assisting with CI/CD workflows, and documenting handovers. 2+ years in IT, with strong Windows/macOS and IAM skills, are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as IT Administrator or IT Support (L2).
• Windows 10/11 administration incl. Group Policy.
• Hands-on macOS support and configuration.
• MDM with Intune/Jamf/Kandji or equivalent.
• Identity and access management experience (Azure AD/AD, Google Workspace, M365).
• Scripting in PowerShell and Bash/zsh for task automation.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Jira Service Management, Freshservice).
• English proficiency at B1 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Windows/macOS devices; onboard/offboard hardware.
• Manage user accounts, roles, MFA, and access revocation.
• Apply OS/software patches; manage antivirus/EDR; enforce disk encryption.
• Monitor device health and respond to alerts during the shift.
• Oversee backups of workstations and user data.
• Troubleshoot OS, software, network, VPN, and peripherals.
• Configure developer environments (Docker, SDKs, IDEs); escalate to DevOps.
• Handle tickets, maintain docs, and prepare shift handovers.
