Job summary

Greiner is seeking an IPQ Inspector I to monitor and inspect product during manufacturing, ensuring compliance with GMP and QMS, under the guidance of senior inspectors, on a 2-2-3 twelve-hour shift schedule.

This entry-level role includes onboarding and training in injection molding, coordinating IPQ inspections, and documenting inspection records while supporting testing stations and ERP transactions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred in science or life sciences.
• Experience in ISO 9001/13485 or similar regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• 0–1 year of direct quality control experience.
• Entry-level experience with laboratory testing equipment and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect product daily during manufacturing.
• Coordinate and perform IPQ inspections and releases for injection molding components.
• Document and submit IPQ inspection records following GMP.
• Perform in-process measurements using sampling, visual checks, and dimensional measurements.
• Identify and report non-conformances under guidance of senior personnel.
• Maintain testing stations and equipment for readiness and hygiene.
