Job summary

Louis M Gerson Co Inc is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector for the 2nd shift (4pm - 2am, Mon-Thu). The role involves in-process visual inspections, QC testing, and batch record accountability in a GMP environment.

You will contribute to maintaining product quality across all manufacturing stages and report to the QC Manager. English and Spanish proficiency are required. Benefits include medical, dental, HRA, 401k match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years' quality assurance experience in GMP manufacturing.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process visual inspection per product testing specifications.
• Execute AQL sampling and inspections as required.
• Collect samples and perform QC testing (penetration, resistance).
• Conduct first article inspection for Middleboro manufactured products.
• Maintain records of standard weights and daily balance verifications.
• Isolate rejected material and document batch records."
• Review Gerson Lot Control Sheets for signatures and reconciliation.
• Provide hands-on training for visual inspection to floor personnel.
• Complete other duties or participate in project work as assigned by management.
