Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-year experience in warehouse environment preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory movements a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Cycle counts raw materials, WIP, finished goods, consignment, and non-conforming materials to maintain accuracy.
• Review SAP transactions to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Report inventory shortage adjustments to scheduling/purchasing to avoid delays.
• Perform root cause analysis and reconciliation of count discrepancies.
• Create monthly inventory and root cause analysis reports.
• Maintain item and location labeling using 5S visual management.
• Assist in physical inventories and process improvements to reduce inventory.
